Good morning, Hill Country! I will be open for lunch from 12-3 today, Wednesday, and tomorrow, Thursday, also from 12-3. Then I will be at the Fredericksburg Trade Days all weekend! Come out and get a jump on your holiday shopping, maybe find the perfect piece for your Halloween costume... have some lunch...listen to some music...Hours are 10-5 Friday and Saturday, and 10-4 on Sunday!

It's Saturday! And I'm open and ready to serve all you fine folks enjoying a day off! Come down to The Station Blanco for lunch, eat in the covered dining area, and take it easy! From a rich rosemary broth, to unique tacos, to desserts such as these tahini cookies, and drinks, like a fresh made Chai from scratch... You will leave satisfied and with a happy belly and tastebuds!

Are you in the mood for a sweet? I also have those! Just introduced, and very popular are the Deep Fried Fancies... Bite sized nuggets of lightly sweetened, nutmeg infused deep fried dough, sprinkled liberally with powdered sugar and topped with swirls of chocolate ganache... I'm here today (Tuesday through Friday from 11-2:30) at The Station Blanco, in front of The Wildflower... Come say hi, introduce yourself, and get an order of these satisfying little yum yums!
