Meet Haileigh!

Haileigh is our kitchen assistant and has been with the cafe since last year. You’ll occasionally see her pop her head out of the kitchen, but usually she’s busy prepping or washing dishes.

Haileigh has lived in the Shreveport area her whole life. In her spare time she enjoys singing Karaoke, help around the house, drawing and playing games.

Her favorite menu item is the chicken bacon ranch and a Sweet But Psycho Iced Coffee!

But we were cleared out at 6:30am before we could even get the ganache on top. This gentleman bought the entire pie!
