Instead of cookie cake with buttercream, would dad be interested in a chocolate chip cookie cake or brownie with other stuff loaded on top?

For example:

šŸ„œpeanut butter drizzle with Reeseā€™s peanut butter cups crumbled on top?

Or salted caramel drizzled with Nutella or chocolate ganache?

Or Biscoff cookie butter with Biscoff cookies crumbled on top?

Marshmallow cream, chocolate ganache and graham crackers crumbled on top?

Any other suggestions?

These would be placed in a microwaveable tray to warm, then you could add ice cream on top!!!

If not, I can do boring buttercream. No judgementā€¦ šŸ¤­.

For some reason, cinnamon rolls are my nemesis. But Iā€™m determined.

However, I have mentioned this beforeā€¦ I am not a fan of cinnamon rolls because theyā€™re usually too sweet for me. So if I get them to my liking, many may not like them.

I also need to work on my math. I should have been able to get at least 8 out of this batch. Lol. Oops. šŸ¤­.

These are browned butter cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting. The bite I took was pretty good.

My taste tester(s) seemed to enjoy it as they were still warm, fresh from the oven.

After recently making the marshmallow fluff desserts, it has inspired me to make marshmallow bars again. Almost 4 years ago I was into making marshmallows and I made these two items.

One is a graham cracker crust, layer of chocolate, toasted marshmallow and toasted pecans.

The other is pretzel crust, white chocolate, and cheesecake & strawberry flavored marshmallow.

I stepped away, because it is a lot of pre-planning and work to prepare. I also didnā€™t have the following like I have now. So Iā€™m hoping if I try again, these may get some love.

I think my skills and flavors have improved since and I can make some different marshmallow items.

Iā€™m thinking a brownie base would be amazing.

I am not a fan of store bought marshmallows, so if you are skeptical, I can tell you fresh marshmallow tastes WAY better than store bought.

What do you think? Are you a marshmallow lover?!

I may regret these in the morning when it gets warm. But this is a moist chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and a creamy chocolate frosting.

Please donā€™t judge a book by its cover. lol. Because if it gets too warm, the frosting may melt off and we will be calling these chocolate cake sitting in chocolate mud. šŸ¤£šŸ¤­šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

But it will still taste amazing!

Update: No Bakes are on the menu today! It is raining as I type this, but it will stop and market should still be happening today.

At the moment, this is the intended item list that I will have at the Farmerā€™s Market today.

I had an issue today that sucked over an hour of my time that I allotted for No Bakes. So unless I can squeeze it in the other prep, I may have to scratch it from the lineup tomorrow. šŸ™

This week snuck up on me, so as usual, limited quantities will be available tomorrow. But Iā€™m excited for these mini cake loaves.
