Now that the dust has settled, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to our incredible Blue Agave Cattle Company staff. ❤️
Last weekend was one of the biggest and busiest weekends Blue Agave has ever had, and it took a truly special group of people to make it happen.
It takes more than just showing up to work—it takes a team that is willing to work hard, work together, and give 100% even when the conditions are tough.
To the guys in the cook shack, who work in grueling 120° temperatures and continue to push out some of the best steaks in West Texas… THANK YOU. 🥩🔥
To our kitchen crew, including our young high school crew, who work hard under pressure to keep the food moving and our customers taken care of… THANK YOU.
To our waitstaff, who spend the night running from table to table, doing their best keeping drinks full, taking care of our customers, answering questions, handling the chaos, and doing everything they can to make sure everyone has a great experience—THANK YOU. You are the face of Blue Agave to so many of our guests, and we couldn’t do it without you. ❤️
And to the ladies washing dishes and greeting our guests, you keep things moving behind the scenes, jumping in wherever they’re needed, and doing whatever it takes to keep us going… THANK YOU.
Every single one of you plays a BIG part in making Blue Agave what it is today. We truly could never do this without you, and we are incredibly proud of the team we have.
And to our customers—THANK YOU. Thank you for your continued loyalty, your patience, your compassion, and your understanding, especially when we’re working through big weekends and events like this one. We know things don’t always go perfectly when we’re slammed, but we appreciate you sticking with us and continuing to support Blue Agave.
