The Old Softie - A Father's Day Negroni with a melty side. 🌺

All the bold, bitter backbone of a classic Negroni, gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, topped with a scoop of Hibiscus Lemonade Sorbet from The Hop Ice Cream. Bold on the outside, a little soft in the middle. Sound like anyone you know?

We teamed up with our friends and fellow Black Mountain business, The Hop, for this one. Their hibiscus lemonade sorbet, crafted from scratch with dried hibiscus flowers and 100% pure lemon juice, is what takes the cocktail from a game of catch to a major league home run.

The rooftop is exquisite, but the mountains set the agenda. Come inside. 🧊

Our indoor dining spans two levels and the building has a story worth settling into. In 1933, the Huffman family built this brick corner building on Broadway and Sutton Avenue and opened Black Mountain Ice Company. Ice companies like these were a vital part of the community, storing produce and meat for local farmers alongside keeping homes stocked.

Those roots matter to us. Historic photos line the walls and the building's bones were preserved through every part of our renovation. The agriculture and community values the Huffmans built into these walls are ones we share across all of our locations. We couldn't be happier to invite you in.
