Happy Monday friends! We welcome everyone to the start of this brand new school year and offer a full congratulations to all the parents who survived this past summer! Come treat yourselves and your family by letting us do the cooking for you! We’ve got fresh meatballs, bolognese lasagna and creamy tomato bisque to tantalize your tastebuds and homegrown trivia to challenge your mind, but in the fun way!! We will see you tonight, and as always, we are open late!!

Happy Meatball Monday friends! We hope everyone is enjoying a respite from the heat and here is you sign from above that we got you covered for dinner! Come enjoy our hand packed veal, beef and sausage meatballs. We serve them as a sub, over spaghetti or just in a container to enjoy at your leisure. Happy Thursday friends! In the mood for something sweet? We have the best Tiramisu around! Made locally and with love! Only served here and worth the trip!! It’s a slice of heaven! This week we are back with a crowd favorite vegetarian lasagna, the Ratatouille lasagna. Eggplant, zucchini, caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes with marinara and bechamel!! Soup is the Calabrian Onion soup with croutons and provolone cheese. Open till midnight so come by and get your fresh pasta fix!

Happy Fourth of July weekend friends!! We hope everyone has stayed cool these past few days. We are rolling into the holiday with an AMAZING taste of summer! A light and delicate Buratta salad with Homemade peach mostarda, heirloom tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and toasted flatbread for $13. We will be here for the rest of the weekend from 4-midnight so come out and visit! We are an amazing spot to view the Black Mountain Fireworks display.

Hi friends! With the temperature the way that it is today (with no respite in sight) We’ve decided to prepare for the holiday weekend festivities tonight but stay closed to the public. We will be open in full force and with bells, glow sticks, and sparklers on for the upcoming weekend! Please stay cool tonight and we will see everyone tomorrow!

Happy Thursday friends! It’s Vegetarian Lasagna week featuring a Mushroom, Spinach and Ricotta Lasagna with Bechamel, Marinara, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Did you know that a few of our other dishes can be made vegetarian? Or Crack Mac can be made without Pancetta and our Italian Cheese Fries can be made without the sausage ragu! Both phenomenal choices if you are looking for extra options! Come check us out!! As always we are open to midnight! Come get your pasta fix!!

Happy Thursday friends! We hope everyone is staying cool on these HOT June days! This weekend we are featuring a dish that is a Roman favorite. Rigatoni à la Amatriciana. Guancale (cured pork cheeks), caramelized onions, crushed tomato and chili flakes. It’s delicate and intriguing and craveable. All at the same time. Lasagna of the week is sausage, peppers and onions with marinara, bechamel, mozzarella, ricotta and Parmesan. Soup is Calabrian onion with potatoes, croutons and provolone cheese.
