🚨 BIG NEWS, FOOTY FANS! 🚨

The Cheshire Arms will be opening on Wednesday at 3:00 PM for England 🏴 vs. Croatia 🇭🇷, and we could not be more excited! ⚽🍻

We’ll have the doors open early so you can get your food orders in before kickoff and settle in with a proper pint. The bar will be pouring throughout the match, but the kitchen will take a brief halftime of its own—Chef Simon deserves to actually watch England play too! 😉

As soon as the final whistle blows, the kitchen will fire back up and we’ll continue serving until 8:00 PM, so there’s no need to rush off after the celebrations.

Whether you’re cheering for the Three Lions, bringing your lucky scarf, or just looking for the best atmosphere in Black Mountain, this is the place to be. Grab your mates, wear your colors, and let’s make some noise.

We couldn’t be more thrilled to be Black Mountain’s home for the World Cup, and we’re ready to cheer every goal, gasp at every near miss, and celebrate every victory with you!

Today’s featured pie is our much-loved Fisherman’s Pie—packed with haddock and salmon in a creamy sauce with carrots and shallots, served in a crock and topped with mashed potatoes and cheddar. Proper fuel for 90 minutes (plus stoppage time 😉).
