Meet one of the newest additions to our October pastry case 🍎— and quite possibly one of the prettiest croissants we’ve ever made.

The APPLE MISO BOURBON LATTICE might just be one of the prettiest croissants to come out of the Recess kitchen — golden, flaky layers woven into a delicate lattice and filled with all the best parts of fall.
Brown butter allspice poached apple, apple cake crumble, toasted pecans & a miso bourbon glaze.
Our October menu is officially here, and she’s making quite the entrance. 🎃✨
