Hey everyone, Greg here.

If you know Mile 22, you probably know us from the coffee shop.

But there’s another side of Mile 22 that happens behind the scenes

The roastery.

I started roasting coffee as a hobby back in 2020, and what started as a little side project with an air roaster has grown into a pretty fun part of what we do at Mile 22.

So we decided it was time to give the roastery its own place.

This page is where I’ll be sharing what’s happening at the roasting

what’s going into the roaster, new coffees, green coffee, wholesale, behind-the-scenes stuff and probably a few things I think are interesting.

It’s still a family business, and we’re all involved in making Mile 22 what it is. This is just my side of the operation.

WOW. Just WOW.

Y’all absolutely knocked it out of the park yesterday.

Thank you for showing up, bringing your families, grabbing coffee, shopping small, supporting our vendors, and making our little Fall Fest feel SO big.

We had the best time watching our community come together and support so many amazing small businesses. This is exactly why we do this.

And to our Mile 22 crew — you guys worked your BUTTS off and we couldn’t be more grateful for you.

After a very big weekend, we’re giving our crew a little extra time to reset.
