I wanted to share a quick update with everyone!
The Sippin Gypsy Bartenders will soon have the new license that’s required to serve alcohol at any private event in Oklahoma, and I will be sending copies out to all upcoming events and venues that require documentation.
As always, I am committed to making sure everything is done properly so your event runs smoothly and stays compliant!

This night felt extra special because this venue is where our very first event was held back in 2025, when The Sippin Gypsy was still in the works. So thankful to be back, and we’re excited to continue serving The View at Hillside Barn throughout the year!

Lately we've heard a lot of:

"Thanks for watching out for me."
"I appreciate you keeping an eye on everyone."
"I wish you would've bartended my wedding I definitely overdid it."
“You are really kind for checking in”

And honestly, those comments mean a lot to us.
Our response? “It’s not worth it over a cocktail”

Don't get us wrong, we LOVE a good party. We LOVE seeing full dance floors, hearing the laughter, and watching people celebrate life's biggest moments.

But we also know how quickly a fun night can sneak up on you. One drink turns into two, two turns into four, and before you know it you're feeling it a little more than planned. Almost everyone has been there before, myself including!

That's why we're always paying attention.
Not to ruin the fun. Not to tell anyone what to do. Not to be that annoying bartender who ask “are you driving?”
It’s simply because we care about our guests and want everyone to have the best experience possible.
Our goal has always been the same:

✨ Great memories.
✨ Everyone gets home safe.
