The Downtowners' Street Fair

The Downtowners' Street Fair Bismarck's Biggest Reunion! Each Fall, the Downtowners produce an Arts, Craft, and Food show called Street Fair. Street Fair is now in its 48th year.

This event was created by the Downtowners in 1973 as “Customer Appreciation Days” then grew into a full blown Street Fair. Arts, Craft, and Food vendors line the streets of Downtown Bismarck during Sept 17-18, 2021. See you there!

2021 Hours: Friday Sept 17: 10am-8pm, Saturday Sept 18: 9am-6pm

These yellow boxes are called "Spider Boxes" and they are one of the most important pieces of Street Fair equipment provided by HERC Rentals in Bismarck. These boxes take 220 power and break it down into household outlets for vendors. When everything is plugged in, it sort of looks like "spider" legs coming from the box. With so many vendors needing power, these boxes are a godsend. Thank you HERC! We couldn't do it without you!

Bobcat, your UTV has hauled so many things including but not limited to: power distribution, ice cold Coke products, cinder blocks, bags and bags of ice, ladders, shovels, garbage cans, and saved some employees a few more pavement steps. Much love and gratitude!
