On premises we grow our own herbs, use solar and l.e.d. lighting, compost our refuse, build with reclaimed materials, and try to minimize the impact of our business on the environment. We are active fundraisers, supporting local and national charities, donating 100% of sales during events 3 to 4 times each year. We believe strongly in giving back to our community, and annually award a culinary scholarship from our voluntary corkage `fee' collection.(We are B.Y.O.B). Our goal is to serve great food at a reasonable price in a timely fashion with wonderful service- everything so perfect you'll already be looking forward to the next time you come, to try something new or revisit your favorites!
