Main Street, Bishop, Ca - Organic European style coffee, seasonal roasts supporting organic, farm gate, fair trade, bio dynamic coffees, artisan pastries. Our roasting room is open on Sundays 8-12pm featuring pour over coffees, pastries, breakfast turnovers and more. Roasting European Style Coffee Beans: Mostly USDA Certified Organic coffees. Seasonal small batch roasted coffee supporting Farm Gate coffee producers, women owned collectives, bird friendly, biodiverse farms whenever possible.
