Join us for a special German-inspired Sunday Supper as we celebrate the flavors and traditions of Oktoberfest!

Oktoberfest began in Germany as a celebration of community, good food, and gathering around the table, which is exactly what our Sunday Suppers are all about. We love exploring different cuisines and cultures through food, and this month we couldn't resist bringing a little German hospitality to Bisbee.

We're especially excited to welcome Chef Doug McElfish, whose connection to German cuisine runs far deeper than recipes. Chef Doug spent years cooking professionally in Germany, serving as Chef at the renowned Restaurant Sansibar on the island of Sylt, where thousands of guests enjoyed its celebrated cuisine each day. He later became Sous Chef at the first Mexican-American restaurant established on the island, helping blend culinary traditions in one of Germany's most beloved coastal destinations. Drawing from those formative years abroad and decades of hospitality experience, Chef Doug has helped create a menu that captures the warmth, tradition, and comforting flavors of a true German feast.

Enjoy hearty goulash, traditional red cabbage, semmelknödel with mushroom cream gravy, and warm apple strudel with vanilla sauce, all inspired by the dishes that have brought German families and friends together for generations.

☕ Join Us in Celebrating Bonnie Coate!

Our dear friend and Warren Peace Café regular, Bonnie Coate, is beginning a new adventure! Bonnie will soon be moving to the Redwoods and the coast with her daughter, and we'd love for our community to help send her off with love and well wishes.

Bonnie has been a beloved part of the Bisbee community since the early 2000s, and her warmth, friendship, and presence have touched so many lives. She will be greatly missed, but we're excited for her as she begins this wonderful new chapter.

A little rain couldn’t dampen the community spirit at Warren Peace Cafe! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who joined our first Sunday Supper. Although Becky and I were out of town, everything we’ve heard points to a wonderful evening of good food, conversation, and connection.

A special thank-you to our incredible staff, who kept things running smoothly and made everyone feel welcome—even with the rain. We’re grateful for your hard work and care.

Our first Sunday Supper is in the books, and what a night it was!

Just as dinner service was about to begin, the skies opened up and the rain came pouring down! With a little quick thinking, some rearranging, and an incredible staff willing to jump into action, we made it work. We got a little wet, saw a double rainbow, and together, I'd say we weathered the storm..

When we started Warren Peace Café, we hoped it would be more than a place to grab coffee or a meal. We hoped it would be a place where people could gather, connect, and feel like they belong.
Tonight felt like exactly that.

Over the last few years, our family has weathered more than a few storms while trying to navigate life and keep this little café going. Through every challenge, this community has shown up for us with support, encouragement, and kindness. The truth is, Warren Peace Café exists because of all of you, and we're deeply grateful.

I've always loved our name because it reminds me that we're all fighting battles others may never fully see. We're all navigating our own little wars while searching for peace.
Tonight, peace looked like shared meals, beautiful music, friends and neighbors gathered together, rain falling outside, and a beautiful Bisbee evening🫶

Rain, rainbows, good food, good music, and good people. We'd call that a beautiful beginning. 🩵☮️🌈✨

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to our very first Sunday Supper this Sunday, October 11th from 5:30–7:30 PM here at Warren Peace Café. This dinner is something we’ve been building with intention…a space for comfort, connection, and good homemade food shared with our community.

Tickets are available for pickup anytime today or tomorrow.
If you plan to join us, please stop by and grab yours so we can prepare fresh plates for everyone.

The success of this first Sunday Supper will help determine how often we host these dinners in the future. At Warren Peace Café, we serve food that feels like a pause… a moment to breathe… a reminder that comfort, care, and community still matter. Today, we’re offering our cozy broccoli cheddar soup, slow‑simmered with real cream, tender broccoli, sharp cheddar, and a rich chicken‑broth base. We finish it with a sprinkle of sharp cheddar and crispy bacon🤌..simple, grounding, and made to warm you from the inside out.

Enjoy it in a cup or a bowl, depending on what your day calls for.

This is one of those dishes that feels like home..something that settles you, softens the edges, and reminds you that you’re welcome here.

We’re asking guests to purchase tickets in advance for our first Sunday Supper on October 11th, so we can prepare enough food and serve everyone with care. Tickets are $16.99 per plate, plus tax, with drinks sold separately. A vegetarian option is available…just let us know when you buy your ticket.

To create a shared, connected evening, we invite everyone to arrive around 5:30 PM.
At 5:30, the gates open and Stevie…known as Ivory Touch…begins her live solo performance, offering a warm, elegant sound as guests mingle and settle in.

Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM, buffet‑style, featuring homemade lasagna, homemade fresh breadsticks, and a fresh lemon arugula & Parmesan salad, along with a vegetarian option for those who request it.

Music and mingling continue until 7:30 PM, when the evening comes to a close.

If you’d like to join us for good food, music, and community, please stop by Warren Peace Café between now and Wednesday evening to purchase your ticket. Your early purchase helps us plan with intention and create a peaceful, connected gathering for everyone.

Warren Peace Cafe is honored to host the opening event for Bisbee High School Class of 1971’s 55th reunion weekend! From the flower-power decorations to the friendships built over a lifetime, there’s plenty to celebrate.
