🚨🚨 We will be out in the food truck this weekend serving up the goods !!! Our new project is called Sidequest Kitchen (logo coming soon) !!! Catch us at the Summer Kickoff event which has a whole lot going on !! Car show and stuff for kiddos to do too ! 😊 We will also be out in the evenings and late nights most likely parked in the lot that I posted pictures of in the post over near the University!! We'll be setup with tables and chairs and will be serving some of the people's favorites including my colorful protein bowls, green chili avocado burgers, famous falafel wraps, hot cheeto burritos and a few other treats! Thank you to all the Tucson fam and homies who showed support at our first outing !! We'll most likely do a lil test run Thursday night at the lot mentioned if yall wanna come by and get a taste of the good life 😜.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ FIRST EVENT ⚠️⚠️⚠️

We will be doing our first event in the food truck this SATURDAY!!! Come and see us at Dove Mountain Resale Market in Marana !!! We will be setup alongside some other great food trucks from 9am to 1pm this coming Saturday, May 30th !! We'll be serving up some Main Street Bistro classics as well as some dishes from my Los Hermanos menu as well !! Loaded hot cheeto burritos, green chili cheese smash burgers, falafel wraps with house made falafels of course, my super famous protein bowls, a grilled chicken chipotle sangwhich as well as some other delectable delights ☺️. I'll also be selling my cashew cheese on the truck this weekend as well 🧀. Please contact us to book for your next event !! I can basically make your wildest food dreams come true 😜. HERE WE GO BABBYYYY !!!! We've got a food truck !One of my best friends and business partner and I are opening up a food truck in Tucson!! This has been a long time coming and is only the beginning!! It should be fully permitted in the next few weeks ! I am already booking dates for events so get yours locked in NOW !!! Summer is about to be packin some big flavor this year 😎😋. We will be serving many of my eclectic big flavor foods, focusing on local sourcing from actual REAL local producers that I've worked with over the years with a unique style and blend of my own fusion of flavors including Mexican, Asian and Italian cuisines. We are able to serve at Private events effective immediately as in NOW ! We can also pull day permits until we are fully permitted so hit us up for your next event. A huge shout out to all the friends, family, patrons and investors who have supported me over the years! I wouldn't be anywhere without you all. Most of you already know, my food speaks for itself and will have you coming back sooner than later 😜. Cant wait to see ya out there Tucson ! 😊

I've finally secured some wine from my talented wine enthusiast landlord at SkyHaven wines ! An approachable line of wines as he likes to call it, made using only grapes grown in our very own Cochise County. The Pandemonium blend is almost too easy to drink (or chug 🤭). I'm also currently carrying the SkyHaven Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Mourvedre. Stop on by and sip a glass, buy a bottle as a late Christmas or new years gift or pair one with one of the amazing and fresh specials I've been serving up like the shrimp scampi pasta or pumpkin curry with locally grown organic pumpkins ! Either way you won't be disappointed! SkyHaven will most likely be holding a tasting event at the Bistro soon as well as opening a full on tasting room in this same building with a potential tapas menu provided by none other than yours truly 🙂‍↕️.
