Meet The Michigan Reserve 🍔 our entry to this year’s BirminghamBURGER competition: 45 day dry-aged house blend, cherry wood-smoked pork belly, aged Michigan cheddar, Guernsey buttermilk crispy onions, whole grain dijon aioli, savory cherry jus, and a Traverse City cherry and Mammoth bourbon toasted sesame bun.
