Burial Week is all set 💀🍻💀

We’re kicking things off at our Krog St. Market bar with an all-day tap takeover, plus special appearances from the folks behind **r themselves. Come hang with us and celebrate the return of this amazing b**r to our taps!

Then Weds + Thurs, Burial will be hosting our Fizz Ed b**r tastings at West End and Fayetteville, respectively. Fayetteville is sold out, but we can squeeze a few more folks into the West End tasting. Either way, Burial will be pouring at our other locations throughout the week.

Built on a crisp base of 2-row + Vienna malt, then loaded up with Idaho 7 and Columbus on the hot side and a generous dry hop of Strata + Citra Cryo.

Your favorite Asheville, NC brewery is finally coming back to Georgia after a bit of time off, and we want to make this a big deal!

First thing, our retail drop is happening next week of the 28th. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok to get the updates on where and when we are gonna drop off the fresh batch of Burial.

Also, October's Fizz Ed will be with Burial, with special hosts, co-founders Doug Reiser and Tim Gormley. This will be happening sooner than you think (Oct 7-8), so get your $15 tickets as soon as you can!

Put your brain caps on, we got two great Parish Brewing Company b**rs. 🧠🍺

DDH Braincake is in our stores today! If you know Parish, you know we love them, and they love us (at least, we hope they do 🥺). From the trippy can art to the fruity, hoppy flavor, this is the next b**r you need to grab.

We’re also stoked to get Vermillionaire II, the next iteration of their Vermillionaire Double IPA series. With an all-new look, this b**r is loaded with Nectaron and Citra hops for a bright, pineapple-y punch.

Hop City founder and b**r guru Kraig Torres tells the story of Great Lakes Brewing Company, the Cleveland, OH brewery that we just got in to our stores for the first time!

Note: We only got in Elliot Ness and Oktoberfest for now in our stores. Nonetheless, we got a whole bunch of those delicious b**rs, so please grab those packs. Well hope to get in more variations of Great Lakes soon!

Two BIG events happening tomorrow at Hop City.

First up, Pranom is BACK in Birmingham for another ONE DAY ONLY pop-up! He’ll be serving up his Tom Yum Noodles along with a vegan option from 4–8pm or until sold out. If you’ve had Pranom before, you already know. If you haven’t, this is a good time to fix that.

And while you’re here, we’ll also be debuting No More Hazy Dayz, a new b**r from Cahaba Brewing Company created in collaboration with Energy Alabama and GASP .

Join us for the launch mixer starting at 4:30pm, and for every pour of No More Hazy Dayz sold, $1 will go to Energy Alabama and GASP to support their work toward healthier air and cleaner, more affordable energy.

So yeah… Thai food, a brand-new local b**r, and supporting a couple of great causes all in one Thursday afternoon.

Huge news for our Oktoberfest Celebration this Thursday! 🍺🌭🥨

Our friends at Gus's Hotdogs are popping up at Hop City Birmingham starting at 5 PM!

They’ll be serving:

🌭 B**r brats topped with griddled onions, kraut, and b**r mustard

🥨 Bavarian pretzels made by Uncle G’s Pizza, served with b**r cheese for the dippin’

And if you’re craving your Uncle G’s favorites, don’t worry — they’ll still be running their food truck and serving their regular menu as usual!
