Petals from the Past Clafoutis.

More than a dessert, this is a piece of Chef James Neale’s history.

His clafoutis is a recipe first made by his grandmother and passed down through generations of his family—carrying memories, tradition, and a little bit of home with it along the way. Today, that same recipe has found a new home on the menu at Ocean.

Made with nectarine, Chantilly crème, almonds, and basil, Petals from the Past is Chef James sharing a piece of where he came from with every table we serve.

From his grandmother’s kitchen, through generations, to ours.
