Today we had the pleasure of sharing lunch with Ted & Litsa as we celebrate 53 years of serving Birmingham. It’s always a special day when they stop by Ted’s, and everyone enjoyed seeing them and catching up.

Feeling a little nostalgic this week. 💚

Back in 2000, Tasos and Ted shared this moment shortly after we purchased Ted’s. As we prepare to celebrate 53 years of serving Birmingham on June 11, we’re filled with gratitude for the opportunity Ted and Litsa gave us.

Thank you, Ted and Litsa, for trusting us to carry on the restaurant you built with so much hard work, heart, and dedication. Your legacy lives on every day through the food we serve, the friendships we’ve made, and the community that continues to gather around our tables.
