Our Spring Menu includes:⁠

- Night Owl- Espresso Martini with NA rum, espresso, and vanilla⁠

- Heat Wave- Spicy Margarita with NA tequila, agave, lime, jalapeno, and tajin rim⁠

- Mint Condition- Mint Blueberry Lemonade spritz with blueberry syrup, muddled mint, house made lemonade, and bubbles⁠

The rumors are true! It's Emily's last weekend at PCV 🥲⁠

To celebrate, we've created a special dinner menu with some of Emily's fave dishes including: ⁠

-Broccoli Caesar- Roasted broccoli, house creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan, cannellini beans, hand torn baguette croutons⁠

-Moroccan Meatballs- with warm spices, roasted vegetables, chickpeas, roasted tomato, fluffy couscous⁠

-Palak Paneer- Creamy spinach curry with tofu paneer, steamed rice, warm flatbread⁠

Help us celebrate all things pickle this weekend with our First ever Pickle Party 🥒⁠

Our dinner specials (Friday & Saturday 4-8pm) will include:⁠

- Pickle Lemonade⁠
- Fried Golden Pickle Spears with Buttermilk Ranch⁠
- Pickle Brined Tofu Curry with steamed rice⁠
- Nashville Hot Tofu Tacos with slaw and a pickle de gallo served with salad⁠

It's kind of a big dill. Recommended for dine-in, but probably available for takeout. Hope to see you this weekend!

Sad, but exciting news- One of our long-time servers, Emily, is leaving 😢⁠

But that means that we're on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic servers and cooks to come aboard! If you’re pumped about reimagining what plant-based cooking can be, we’d love to chat!⁠

We have part-time gigs available, with a chance to switch to full-time down the line. Everyone starts at $16 an hour, plus tips (which usually brings it up to about $20 an hour). Plus:⁠

- A fun and friendly work vibe⁠
- Lots of room to get creative⁠
- We totally reward hard work, eagerness to learn, and ambition with chances to grow⁠

The Luck of the Irish inspired our dinner specials this weekend (Friday & Saturday 4-8) ☘️

First we have a classic baked potato topped with butter, sour cream, bacon bits, and scallions

Our annual roast is a must- vegan beef slow roasted with corned beef spices, cabbage, carrots, onions, and potatoes served with an Irish cream sauce

We’ll also be slinging our Roast beef Sammies featuring our house roasted beef, melty cheese, aioli, and caramelized onions served with golden fries

One more night to snag our Korean inspired dinner specials.

We had so much fun making this braised tofu with carrots, local oyster mushrooms, and cabbage served with a side of our house made kimchi.

We’re also serving Cheesy Gochujang pasta topped with veggies, roasted tofu, and crispy wonton strips

End the meal on a sweet note with our Citrus Tiramisu. We think it’s the perfect menu to celebrate the warm spring weather.
