Christopher Lee Culp was born on August 17, 1973, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Marion Jasper Culp and Martha Lou (Cantrell) Culp. Chris passed away on October 13, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 53.
Chris grew up in Hinton, Oklahoma, where he attended school. On March 23, 1996, he married Amy Dawn Lynn in Binger, Oklahoma. Together, they made their home in Binger, where they raised their two daughters, Emily and Breeanna.
Chris was a man who enjoyed working with his hands and was always willing to fix something for someone. He had a knack for repairing things and was always finding something that needed his attention. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, playing video games, and listening to his favorite rock music. Chris will be deeply missed by all who loved and cared for him.
Chris is survived by his loving wife, Amy Culp, of Binger, Oklahoma; his daughters, Emily Culp of Binger, and Breeanna Culp and Braeden Johnson of Binger; his grandchildren, Kayson Johnson and Layton Johnson; his siblings, Melvin Morrow and wife Sherry of Binger, Andy Morrow and wife Amy of Hinton, Joy Arnold and husband Larry of El Reno, Beatrice Mitts of Oklahoma City, OK, Earl Culp and wife Julie, Virginia Price and husband Roger, and Jasper Culp; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion Culp and Martha Lou Culp; his siblings, Regina Kutchfar, Fara Lou McDonald, and Karen Aycox; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Kutchfar, and Bill Mitts.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, at Longview Church in Binger, Oklahoma, with Reverend Bobby Boyles officiating.
