We had a really good time working on this one! New on the menu: Duck Raviolo with duck bolognese, creamed spinach, vodka sauce, Parmesan béchamel, arugula pesto and gremolata. We are cooking these fresh to order and then finishing them in the wood fire oven for the nice finishing texture. It’s somewhere between ravioli and lasagna and directly in the middle of delicious!

One of our absolute favorite times of year is chanterelle season! and went to the Lazy H Ranch over Memorial Day and foraged these mushrooms. We wanted a simple preparation that really puts the mushrooms first. So here we are for a very limited time only:

Chanterelle Pasta with house-made spaghetti, corn chanterelle saffron puree, English peas, lemon zest and chives! Let us share something that is special to us with you!
