Let’s talk about Burger Nights on Thursdays.

Each Thursday we come up with a new special burger, but a few things remain the same: 1. The patty is a bone marrow and steak, 1/2 pound thick burger and 2. We serve it on our house-made brioche buns! We have done a lot of burgers and they have all been delicious.

We typically work on them all day Thursday so it’s hard to get the info out for you, which is why you just have to trust us!

Our steak tartare is staff favorite and tonight it is half priced!

Hand cut beef strip loin, bone marrow emulsion, black garlic, smoked oyster aioli, soy cured egg yolk, miso dressing and fried rice papers. It’s just as fancy as you! And tonight it’s half price!

Pasta night. Saturday night. Same thing, basically.
Duck Bolognese + spinach agnolotti + quick-cured lemons + Grana Padano.
Come hungry. 🍝

Another seasonal favorite returns! The Fancy Toast! Toasted house-made brioche with whipped feta, candied pecans, almonds and peanuts, deakle_farm Muscadines, local honey and mint. This is the dessert for the person who doesn’t like dessert to be too sweet and a brilliant way to finish a meal (or start one if you’re wild)!

Heirloom tomatoes are truly one our favorite seasonal items! They are truly peak season right now! And you never know how much longer we will have them.

An old favorite is back on the menu! The Rabbit Confit Pappardelle is back! Handmade saffron pappardelle noodles, local baby squash, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh Grana Padano, quick cured lemons, crispy Benton’s country ham and Harbor Hill Farm pea tendrils.

The Derby Pie is an often unsung hero of the White Pillars dessert menu. The chocolate pecan pie (made with deakle_farm pecans), chocolate ganache and Old Soul Bourbon ice cream is a recreation of an original WP menu item.
