We are officially parked at 105 Brewing today, and we brought something special with us. We know how much families love hanging out here, so we wanted to make sure everyone gets a seat at our table—including the little ones!

The love and support you’ve shown us the last few times we’ve been there has been incredible, and we can’t thank you enough. Because of all of you, we’re excited to share that we’ve hired our very first employee!

Well, Billings, Facebook completely melted down and crashed this morning... but thankfully, our grills didn't! 😅

It is a beautiful 70 degrees out, making it the absolute perfect weather to grab lunch outdoors. We are officially parked at Valley Credit Union in the Heights (1445 Main Street, right next to Arby’s) from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM today (June 12th)!

On the Menu Today:
The Gourmet Grilled Cheese: You already know and love this menu staple! It’s our luxurious, ooey-gooey blend of Gruyère, Fontina, Gouda, and sharp white cheddar, layered with vibrant basil pesto and juicy oven-roasted tomatoes on thick sourdough.

What’s your ultimate late-night guilty pleasure? 🤔✨
Ours? Hands down, it’s our Animal Style Potato Wedges.
We start with a base of our crispy, hand-cut potato wedges, smother them in a generous amount of melted cheese, and pile on the caramelized onions, homemade Big Sky sauce, and—of course—hot peppers for that perfect kick. 🔥
