Pssssttt…. We’ve been keeping a secret! Pink Patties Milkshakes coming are coming to the Babcock!

Big Announcement Time!
We’ve been keeping a little something to ourselves, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you.

Starting October 16, we’re bringing Pink Patties Food Truck milkshakes and our house made ice cream sandwiches to the Babcock Theatre. Being part of this beloved downtown space as it opens its doors again means so much to us.

Starting November 2, The Pub at Art House will serve weekday lunch, opening our doors at 11am! You can dine-in, takeout or order online!

At the heart of both adventures is the same vision, to share art and culture through food and give people another reason to gather, connect and enjoy downtown Billings.

Every meal you’ve shared with us, every kind word and every time you’ve told a friend about The Pub has helped us get here. Thank you for giving us the chance to keep creating and growing in this community.

We’re featuring two Pink Patties favorites, and choosing between them might be the hardest part.

The Pickle Me Pink
Double smashed patties, pepper jack cheese, kimchi slaw, pickled red onions, pickles and Pinky Sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

The American Dream
Double smashed patties, American cheese, bacon, Pinky Sauce, tomato, lettuce, onion and pickles piled onto a toasted brioche bun.

Two burgers. Two very different personalities. Both very Pink Patties.

We’re hitting pause, but only to level up!

Our food truck is going on hiatus while we rebuild. During this time, we won’t be opening to the public, but we will be doing pop-ups, so stay tuned for those announcements.

You can still get your fix by visiting our restaurant The Pub at Art House inside Art House Billings while we work behind the scenes.

This is a “see you soon,” not a goodbye. Thanks for all the love and support!

Our last day running will be this Saturday at 105 Brewing 11-8pm, come see us, get your favs before we are gone!
