Today we had to close early. This is not something I want to do. I certainly don't want to close early on a Sunday in the busiest month of the year. I left serious money on the table But we are understaffed. We are overwhelmed. We are under-stocked. We are doing our best. I hope we don't have to close early again this summer, but if you are a customer please exercise some grace. What we are going through is a bit more than not getting ice cream. Peace and love ✌️

Today was our busiest day ever at Sugar & Spice- crazy after more than ten years in business! I want to tip my hat to the teenagers who made this possible- four fantastic young people who worked their butts off for six hours with great attitudes and a lot of humor. What a gift to see young people working so hard on a holiday and I could not be more grateful. Public thanks to Aidan, Ansleigh, Ashlyn, and Quin. I am a lucky boss 😍
