It's been a crazy few days since we learned of our nomination as a James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for Best Chef in the Mountain Region! We couldn't be more proud of the amazing Stone Hill team, led by Executive Chef Earl James Reynolds.

The hospitality industry is arduous even in the best of times. We are humbled and very honored to be recognized for the hard work that goes into creating a notable and unique dining experience. Thank you to everyone who has supported us along our challenging journey! We look forward to continuing to refine our craft and create even more memorable dining experiences for all our guests in the future.

My grandmother(Nana) came to the states from Naples, Italy. She was the first one to spark my curiosity in cooking. As a young kiddo I remember watching her add fistfuls of cheese to scrambled eggs one morning as she cooked for my siblings and I. My eyes completely lit up after taking the first bite. I always cook with her in my heart, and I always add fistfuls of cheese to scrambled eggs.

Meet our newly appointed Sous Chef Mike! He has been with Chef since day one and has been a pillar in the Stone Hill kitchen from the get-go. We feel lucky to have witnessed his immense growth both as a chef and as a human! He loves to cook and long walks in the mountains. 😛🏔️
