MEAT MEATS BOMBS IS READY TO LIGHT THE FUSE
For years, I’ve cooked good food. I’ve built menus, worked events, ran a food truck, and put a whole lot of time into learning this business. But if I’m being fair with myself, a lot of what I was doing was still some version of what everybody else was doing.
Good barbecue. Good burgers. Good food.
There was nothing wrong with it. But I wanted something that was ours.
We’ll be keeping some of our favorite flavors, sauces, and ideas from everything we’ve done over the years, but Meat Meats Bombs is built on a different backbone:
What would I want to eat at an event? And what would I see somebody walking around with that would make me say, “I need to know where they got that”?
That became the standard.
If you remember the little baby chef from our old logos, well, he grew up.
And he definitely developed an attitude.
Meet Meat Meats Bombs.
This isn’t another food truck menu with the same six things you can get three trailers down. Bombs are our own thing: handmade, stuffed, loaded with flavor, and built around one simple idea — put the time into the food before the customer ever gets in line.
That matters.
Some foods take hours to make right. Some flavors need to be cooked, layered, seasoned, cooled, filled, wrapped, and prepared long before an event ever opens its gates.
That is exactly where we want the work to happen.
Because once there’s a line in front of us, it’s time to move.
Bold food. Fast service. No shortcut on the part that actually matters.
That makes Meat Meats Bombs a natural fit for festivals, fairs, racing events, corporate events, private parties, grand openings, and anywhere else you need to feed a crowd without asking them to stand around forever waiting on their food.
And the menu isn’t supposed to sit still.
Savory Bombs. Sweet Bombs. Rotating flavors. Igniters. Limited creations. Some flavors you recognize, some you probably don’t, and occasionally something that makes you wonder who decided putting that inside a fried ball was a reasonable idea.
Probably me.
The new Meat Meats is louder. It’s brighter. It has attitude. It doesn’t look like everybody else, and the food isn’t supposed to either.
You’ll see the purple. You’ll see the green. You’ll see the chef, the bombs, the racing influence, and that slightly unhinged little bomb mascot that I already suspect is going to become a pain in my neck.
But underneath all of that is something I take very seriously:
Good people. Great food. Bigger flavors.
Beginning October 1, Meat Meats Bombs will be immediately available for event bookings and catering opportunities.
We’re keeping a few details under wraps for now, but if you have an event coming up and want something different showing up to feed your crowd, we want to hear from you.
This has taken years of mistakes, experiments, equipment, recipes, long nights, complete restarts, and more than a few ideas that probably should have stayed ideas.
But this one stuck.
And for the first time in a long time, it feels like we’re not trying to make our version of somebody else’s food.
We’re building ours.
Meat Meats Bombs is coming.
DON’T LET THE FLAVORS PASS YOU.
