Cody Bartels is a country artist from Tacoma, Washington, blending traditional country roots with influences from across the musical spectrum. A former bull rider, he brings authenticity and energy to every performance. Inspired by artists like Merle Haggard, The Beatles, Billy Strings, and Jake Worthington, Cody has spent the last three years touring throughout the Pacific Northwest. A 2-time NWCMA Local Band of the Year 1st Runner Up, he continues to win over audiences with high-energy performances and honest country storytelling.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and spent Christmas in July with us!

Whether you came for the pig roast, cold drinks, live music, Bingo, or just to kick back and enjoy a summer weekend with us, we’re so glad you stopped by.

Smoked pork, live tunes, cocktails, Bingo, and plenty of good company made our 2nd Annual Christmas in July one to remember. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to show up and support the Roadkill. We couldn’t do weekends like this without you!

A special thanks to Cole & The Thornes and Paul Lee Kupfer Band for keeping the tunes going through the rain, to David for roasting up the pig, to Willie’s Distillery for the continued support, and to the entire Roadkill team for making it all happen.

Live music is back at The Boulder River Roadkill on Saturday July 25th with Cole & Thornes at 6PM!

Hailing from Bozeman, Montana, Cole & The Thornes is a 7-piece band blending mountain-island, gypsy jazz, reggae, and soul into an energetic, feel-good performance. Led by ukulelist and vocalist Colita Thorne, the band delivers uplifting originals, infectious grooves, and dynamic horn-driven melodies. They’ve been featured on Montana PBS and have performed at festivals including Summer Fest, Reggae in the Rockies, Montana State H**p Fest, and Big Sky Brew Fest, sharing the stage with artists like The Movement, Hirie, Donovan Frankenreiter, Satsang, and Mike Love.
