Good evening, everyone! We’re excited to announce that we’ll be opening in just a few weeks, pending final permits. 🚧🔥

We’ve been putting in the work behind the scenes—remodeling, upgrading, and transforming the building to bring Big Spring a whole new upscale Cajun dining atmosphere. 🦐🔥🍽️

This isn’t just a restaurant—we’re building an experience. From the food to the atmosphere, we’re focused on bringing something fresh, elevated, and different to our community.

Nobody sees the foundation when you’re building. They only notice the finished house.

I’m building my family’s life brick by brick, day by day, sacrifice by sacrifice. No shortcuts. No handouts. No waiting for somebody to save me.

Every setback is another brick. Every lesson is another brick. Every win is another brick.

One day they’ll look at what I built and call it success. I’ll remember every brick it took to get there. 🧱🔥
