Hope everyone had a restful weekend. On to a new week!

Update on our water pump, it’s scheduled to come in tomorrow, and get installed, and I’m hoping Tuesday we’ll have good RO water flowing!
In the meantime, thanks for your understanding and support. It’s a huge blow to our daily operations to not be able to make 95% of the drinks on the menu, so when you come in and enjoy something else, it means a lot and makes a difference!

Thank you so much for everyone that stopped in today looking for something from the coffee bar and still enjoying something we could make.

We currently have little to no water pressure in the filtration system that plumbs our drinking water, espresso machine, and everything that I use water to make that you eat or drink. A new pump has been ordered but the next couple services may be limited on drinks. Apologies for this inconvenience, your support for other options is greatly appreciated in the meantime. 🥲

I’ve been patiently planning one of my favorite sandwiches for lunch, and tomorrow’s the day!

This sandwich features thinly shaved Mortadella imported from Italy, an entire ball of fresh burrata, a drizzle of balsamic reduction, fresh and peppery arugula, and housemade pistachio pesto on fluffy herb Focaccia. Comes with chips!

Will be available for pre-order tonight, and while supplies last tomorrow, so if you’re wanting a killer lunch, make sure you snag one!

Breakfast and pastries had to get switched around on the fly in the middle of the night; I came in to no water to cook with or make drinks.

Until it’s fixed, we’ll have drip coffee, Lotus, smoothies, Italian soda. The espresso machine however, cannot be used.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it’s equally a headache for me, but I still came up with a menu for you, so there’s lots of delicious things to be had!
