Copper Top BBQ

Copper Top BBQ Copper Top BBQ, where everyday is a picnic and fresh BBQ is always on the menu. Join us for craft meats with the backdrop of the Eastern Sierras!

Food makes Friends. These words have influenced our family for generations. From the first time Hank made BBQ for his young boys all the way to opening his own business, cooking has always been his passion and a value. Sharing his food with others has made countless friends over the years (it hasn’t hurt that it’s unquestionably delicious!), and we hope you will become one too. Our BBQ is takeout or picnic style with all open air seating. Every day at Copper Top feels like a cookout block party, so don’t be shy and bring company to enjoy our artisan craft BBQ with you! The backdrop of the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, picnic tables, and the delicious smell of fresh barbeque in the air await you along with a plate of our Certified Angus Beef Tri-tip Sandwich, Signature Baby Back Ribs, and BBQ Chicken! If you’re on the go, our BBQ is vacuum pack sealed to ensure absolute freshness and flavor. Thanks for being part of a family dream to share BBQ with friends.

A fun idea I came up with down at Copper Top that I thought everyone would like to see! I was able to find spatulas of every NFL team out there and we are selling them on site. When one gets sold that team gets a point and then we pick a winner every month! They are really solid spatulas too, we use them for our burgers. Thanks for reading, hope you found it entertaining!

Hello everyone,
We recently discovered there's a competition for the best burger in Mammoth and Bishop! Many of our customers have shared how much they love our burgers and suggested we spread the word. While we’re proudly based in Big Pine (not Bishop!), we’d be thrilled to represent our town in this contest since someone already added us to the voting list! If you think our burgers deserve your vote, you can cast it here:

[Eastern Sierra Now - Epic Eats](https://www.easternsierranow.com/epic-eats/).

Haven’t tried our burgers yet? Stop by and see what the buzz is about! We encourage you to vote only if you truly believe we have the best burger.
Thank you for your support!
