Hello, October! 🍂

SeptEMBER was a full one here! We opened on Mondays, treated our Big Lake teachers to free drinks, started making treats for the furry friends who come through our doors, and roasted a whole lot of coffee. And we brewed a whole lot, too. ☕️

Thanks for being part of it all! Here’s to another month with lots of fun on the way as we head into the holidays.

How to make cold brew at home in four easy steps. 🧊☕️

1. Coarsely grind 2 oz. of Dark Prairie and add it to a cold brew bag.
2. Pour 4 cups of water into a mason jar.
3. Add the filled cold brew bag to the jar.
4. Let it steep overnight in the refrigerator or on the counter. Remove the bag, pour over ice and enjoy!

We recommend Dark Prairie for smooth, bold homemade cold brew that holds up beautifully on its own or with milk and your favorite flavors.
