A Quick Update from The Brinton Bistro

Our ovens have unfortunately broken down, and we’re working to have them repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, The Brinton Bistro will be open for brunch this weekend with a limited menu. Without our ovens, we won’t be able to prepare our full selection of dishes, but our team will still have plenty to enjoy.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get things back up and running. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you this weekend!

Someone say Chicken & Waffles?

We are excited to launch our fall menu next week! This weekend some of our menu items will “sell out,” but we are just making room for our new dishes. Such as our new Chicken & Waffles, featuring Fried Chicken Breast, Two Buttermilk Waffles, Jalapeño Honey, and Pure Maple Syrup.

Brunch Hours are Saturday and Sunday 10-2, Reservations are Highly Recommended for Sunday Brunch, we fill up quick!

Join us Friday, October 9, for Fall Into Art: Pards of the Paintbrush: Cowboy Artists Across the West with Michael Grauer.

Following the presentation, continue the evening with a special prix fixe dinner at The Brinton Bistro.
