We think it doesn't get talked about enough that the festival isn't just an opportunity for local artists to share and sell their wares, but a fundraiser for the Beulah Educational Support Team (BEST). BEST helps pay for a bunch of things at Beulah School, including all outdoor off-campus education, Science Olympiad supplies, travel and registration fees, and the K-5 Science curriculum. We think that’s fabulous, and we hope to increase our annual donation through continued sponsorship and visitation.

Our biggest supporter and liaison between the school and the festival is Lori Lara. Lori moved to Beulah in the early 2000s after commuting from Rye for a few years and lives up off North Creek. She teaches Music, Theater, Dance, Visual Arts, PE, 6th Grade Math, Writing and Reading, and sometimes Social Studies. Wow!

It was Lori’s idea to move the festival to the street at the school, back around 2016, and the rest is history! She is our onsite custodian which means she signs important paperwork, coordinates the HUGE job of getting all the tents and seating areas up, and generally troubleshoots any problems we may have during the festival. We literally couldn’t do it without her! Thanks Lori!

French Dip day!!! We serve our house-roasted prime rib sandwich every Wednesday. It’s topped w/ Swiss cheese and caramelized onions. It’s tough to find a better one!

Happy Father’s Day to all the pops out there! Here’s one from when photos were still on paper! 😜

Prime rib today at noon. Smoked brisket or pulled pork plates with choice of several special sides. Live music from 1:30 to 4:30. And of course fresh fruit pies as long as they last!

Father’s Day specials this week… Smoked brisket or pulled pork plates with choice of sides or 13oz cuts of prime-grade prime rib w/baked potato. Prime rib service starts at noon this week. Doors open at 11 am as always. Live music on the porch from Dave Gouge and Friends at 1:30. Reservations recommended. We will accept reservations for outside w/seating before 1:30 or after 5pm. Reservations for the bar or dining room are available all day.

Scratch made chicken Parmesan with our own marinara sauce is our Saturday special every week. Great day for a mountain view and some good home cookin!
