Happy one year Anniversary to us!!! 🎊 We got our business license two years ago, but it was a slow process for us to actually open our doors. It's been a dream that we made happen, with the help of our customers. We want to thank each and every one of you for making our business successful. ❤️

Town of Ruby Independence Day Celebration

Join us for a fun-filled evening of Fireworks, Food & Friends at the Town of Ruby’s Independence Day Celebration!

Event Details:
📅 Saturday, June 27, 2026
🕠 Vendors & Inflatables: 5:30 PM
🎉 Parade: 6:30 PM
🎆 Fireworks: 9:30 PM

Vendor Fees:

* Craft/Boutique Vendors: $20
* Food Truck Vendors: $50
* Information Booths: No fee

Please complete this application in full to be considered for participation in the 2026 event. If you have any questions or need additional information, contact Michelle Gainey at 843-861-2599.

All vendors must provide their own tables. Tents are optional.

💡 Important Information:

* Payment must be submitted to the Town of Ruby or delivered to Michelle Gainey no later than June 13, 2026.
* New this year: All vendor applications are subject to approval. Applicants will be notified of their status via text message or email.
* The Town of Ruby is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the event.
