Thursday Tomorrow!! Lo mein !!! We have been having some truck issues so the truck is currently stuck at the Bloomsburg fair. We will be making an awesome tent set up with for tomorrow for the kickoff of Yergfest!! So happy to be a part of this every year!!! Let’s have some fun. are also my favorite!!!! We will have pork loin lo mein, sweet corn fritters with maple brown butter sauce and chicken dumplings with sweet soy and scallions. Come get in the action tomorrow. I’m breaking out the old camping wok burner haha 🔥

Well if you know the food truck life then you know s**t hits the fan and breaks during the busiest times ever!! So you get numb to these pains and frustrations. So numb that when your transmission is fu**ed stuck in a gear on and off not wondering if you’re going to be stuck in the middle of the road. When your buddy tells you from his repair shop who@just took a test drive. I wouldn’t drive it way the hell up there. Sometimes you have to do whatever it takes!! ( this has been a great saying that everyone working the tent or truck has been saying! It does go to well with everyday life. So when you see that mountain of daily tasks, just say what ever it takes! Full send she stayed in the right gear and Bessy is stuck in the right spot for the next two weeks at the Bloomsburg fair! Need that loot to fix the tr**ny!! Come get your fried rice and dumpling next to AvenueC1 #105 We will be serving up not your average fried rice. Veggie option,add marinated big pieces of pork loin, or add marinated big pieces of shrimp. Time to have some fun. That’s what it’s all about.
