Twisted Olive’s name is a spinoff of a restaurant in Baltimore, “Black Olive,” which happens to be the owner’s, Steve and Sherri Kershner, favorite restaurant. Steve and Sherri wanted the name of their restaurant to convey a fun, approachable, and unpretentious image to the public. The style of cuisine at Twisted Olive could be classified as casual-bistro style cuisine with a world twist. Chef Steve decided to go that route with his menu so as to not limit himself or the restaurant. Chef Steve’s comments on his menu, “On any given night, you might find Italian, Spanish, Moroccan or Thai dishes. Our ideas will stay fresh, so people will keep coming back. I will also use the freshest ingredients from my garden at home.”
Twisted Olive features a full bar and cocktail lounge. We have seasonal drink specials along with house infused spirits and syrups as well as craft beers on draught and in bottle. We have a beautiful outdoor deck for “al fresco” dining, just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Broad street.

Meet The Staff, Friday!! Meet our Bar Manager, Mike!🫒 Mike started as a server/bartender nearly 4 years ago in the fall of 2022. Since starting at the Twisted Olive, Mike has contributed fresh and great tasting cocktails to 16 seasonal changes, as well as weekly specials, along with draft b**r and w**e list selections! Besides the Vodka, Rum, Gin and Tequila cocktails Mike creates, his love for bourbon has pushed him to create new and refreshing bourbon cocktails, along with new bourbon infusions to put out a great first impression to his favorite spirit🥃 His love for Twisted Olive, its guests and his co-workers inspires him to do his absolute best every day, whether it’s behind the bar, on the floor, behind the scenes, or being a complete clown telling dad jokes in the kitchen!

Outside of the restaurant, Mike is an avid sneaker collector👟, Die Hard Philadelphia Eagles Fan🦅, Ella Fella🤠, and Cheesesteak aficionado🥩🧀. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, spending time with his friends and family, listening to Ella Langley on long car rides, bourbon tastings, and enjoying cold b**r at some of his favorite local breweries!

You can visit Mike at the bar every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday! Happy Hour is Monday-Friday 4PM-6PM and Saturday 11:30AM-1:30PM. Bar Seats are walk-in only and are first come first serve, so be there or be square🤘🏼He looks forward to seeing you all!

Smokin’ ain’t allowed in school, but it’s definitely allowed at Twisted Olive…Not like that. What we’re telling you is that tomorrow night is BBQ Night and we smoke all of our meats, Including these beautiful St. Louis style Ribs IN HOUSE!🐖💨 We also feature in house smoked Brisket, and Pulled Pork🐷🥩 Our Ribs are Applewood smoked for 5 hours, and our Brisket along with our Pulled Pork are smoked for a low and VERY slow 18 hours! Paired with our house made BBQ Sauces, Cornbread, Mac and Cheese and Fried Chicken At Twisted Olive, it’s all smoke…no smoke breaks!😈 BBQ Night is every Wednesday from 4PM-10PM! We’ll See you then!
