It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Jose Ruiz.

Jose was a longtime member of the 540 and, more importantly, a friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, warmth, and friendship will be deeply missed.

Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences are with Carol and the entire Ruiz family during this incredibly difficult time.
