I want to take a minute to say thank you to everyone who has supported Aybenditocafe since day one. For me and my parents, and the whole staff, it has been a roller coaster of good emotions and tiring, endless days of hard work to bring a much better experience in every aspect of the establishment. Aybendito cafe, as we know it, is not only a cafe; it's more than that - it's a house of joy, memories, and love from an island that still stands and shines like Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. We strive to bring that to the Lehigh Valley, which has always been our goal - to share that beautiful piece of culture. I'm proud that my parents, Maria Angelica Santiago Vazquez and Edwin Diaz Alvarado, were the ones who took the initiative to do it.
