Our young employees joined us when they were 15 year old noobs without drivers licenses. We took a chance on them and endured work permits, limited availability, sports schedules, etc. We also got to witness all sorts of victories: driver’s licenses attained, braces, buying a first car, growing responsibilities, increased confidence and competence, first dates, etc. They had the day off today for Telstar homecoming, and we had the privilege to have them dine at the restaurant tonight. These are some impressive kids: responsible, respectful, conscientious, and gaining confidence as they grow into young adults!

Hello! Tom and I went to Montreal for our 34th anniversary-a wonderful trip ❤️ That being said, I will not have the time to make ravioli for a week or two. I apologize in advance for any disappointment, but we have sold unprecedented ravioli this summer, (literally thousands upon thousands!)and I need a little ravioli making break so that I can roast and process the kabocha pumpkins before we come back with Kabocha pumpkin ravioli for our upcoming fall menu 🍁 🍂 🎃 Also, hope to see you for dinner this weekend, 4-30-8:30. If the weather cooperates, I’m thinking we may have a view of the Mt. Washington 9/11 memorial from the deck!
