Things have been a little busy the last few months, but we are still over here, loving what we do….cooking for you. I’ve actually added to my team and Gloria is now a part of Chef your way! She has become a great addition we are thoroughly enjoying making delicious entrée meals specific to your dietary needs! Here’s a few of the entrées we’ve made the last few months. Last weekend I got to do some canning with my family….oh my goodness you guys my sister found the best peach bbq sauce no tomato base at all, we made strawberry jelly out of the strawberry tops you cut off and throw away…I made it sugar free with monkfruit and allulose, my aunt canned her peaches in a light simple syrup, and they made a peach tea concentrate after I left that was sooooo good! Made lots of great memories and flavors for days!!!

End of summer fun entrees….seriously love what I do!!! Pictured: Homemade sourdough, breakfast feta bake,butter chicken over jasmine rice, Mexican protein powder bowls, creamy Tuscan chicken, Toasted salmon potato and veggie bowl, protein pasta lasagna, fajita steak, chicken tomato basil soup, meat carving station cooked Tri tip sous vide style so tender and delicious, and chicken kabobs!!!

Summer brings on some great flavors! Fall off the bone Ribs, crispy potatoes, homemade jalapeño cheddar sourdough, cinco de mayo carne asada and mango salsa, bruschetta chicken, cashew chicken and honey garlic chicken, liquid gold broth, sweet potato hash great for any meal, Mediterranean bean salad, homemade hot pockets with chicken pepperoni and cheese, and of course a healthy low carb peach crumb!!!! Love love what I do….cooking for you!!!
