Let’s see whose name is on that permit as licensed contractor and let’s see who did the work..bet my survaliance cameras show different,bet the licensed contractor never once came once permit was pulled…let’s see the “inspection” papers..the insurance adjuster that used a selfie stick to reach the roof instead of a ladder ???.. let’s see this legal trespass order? Who inspected it? Your father was at his job,not on premises during 95% of this job. We never received eviction notices,we were never asked to leave.we walked away from $40+k invested! Gone signed away by ourselves! Our own decision!When the seller made the decision to put another bandage on top of the rot was our note to just walk away.

By now I’m sure most of you have figured it out — we’re gone.

We made the decision to take a massive financial hit and walk away from that building. Plain and simple: it was a losing battle and a complete disaster.

What wasn’t a disaster was this community. This past year was incredible, and the love and support we got from so many of you is something we’ll never forget. Feeding you all meant everything to us.

Thank you for showing up, spreading the word, and having our backs. We’ll see you around.
