This isn’t about donuts today, but I just have to share these insane shortbreads from 😋
Loc Pham, the owner of , was my old colleague at my first corporate job in the food industry. We both come from food education backgrounds, and now we are continuing our passion for food with our own brands.
We finally got to meet this past Sunday at Donut House, after 5 years! It was so much fun to catch up, and we’re both excited about future opportunities to work together as small business owners.
Loc is super goofy and silly, but he has a huge heart and always looks out for anyone who needs help and care (even though he complains a lot—just kidding 😆).
His passion for food is endless and it really shows in his shortbreads. Every bite tells everything of how hard he works and how seriously he takes his products.
