❤️ 9 YEARS OF MEMORIES… AND ONE FINAL GOODBYE ❤️

After 9 wonderful years of serving the Bertram community, I have made the difficult decision to close Junction Cafe at the end of October.

This decision hasn't been easy. With the continued rising costs of groceries, rent, utilities, and everything else it takes to operate a restaurant, keeping a small business going has become harder than ever.

People see the prices on a menu, but they don't always see what it costs to put that plate of food on the table.

For 9 years, I've poured my heart, soul, and countless hours into Junction Cafe. There have been struggles, sacrifices, laughter, tears, and memories I wouldn't trade for anything.

❤️ To everyone who helped me keep Junction Cafe running all these years, whether you were with me for a short time or stood beside me through the ups and downs, THANK YOU! You were more than employees. You became family, and I couldn't have done it without you.

❤️ To our loyal customers, regulars, and the entire Bertram community, thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and making Junction Cafe part of your lives. So many of you have become more than customers — you've become lifelong friends.

October will be our FINAL MONTH! 🍳🥓

So come see us one last time! Grab your favorite breakfast, chicken fried steak, burger, or whatever meal has kept you coming back all these years. We'd love to see those familiar faces and make a few more memories before we close our doors.

Please continue supporting your local small businesses. You never know just how much your support means.

I'm not looking at this as a failure, but as 9 years of something I can be incredibly proud of.

One chapter is closing, but a new adventure is waiting! ❤️

Thank you, Bertram, for 9 unforgettable years!

This may be goodbye to this location, but it's not goodbye to me. You never know where you might find me next! 😉

❤️ With love and gratitude,
Junction Cafe ❤️
