Had a great time last night catering Hillsboro High class of 1965 reunion, really good group of people! Special thanks to MaryDe Elliston for helping coordinate the event, Bobby and Pam Chilton for being such gracious hosts and all the kind comments on the food!

Thanks to Riverwalk HOA as we fed 375 people this past saturday at their annual Pool Luau Party! Special thanks to those who took the time to come up and comment on how much you enjoyed everything! Not sure if people like the Hickory smoked Pulled Pork or Loaded Potato Salad more but I sure do love making people happy

Update: SOLD OUT on this smoke! Thanks to those of you who placed orders with me. I have another catering next weekend and will be smoking Pork, Brisket, Chicken and ribs next Wednesday so get your orders in early so I can guage how much extra I need to cook over the meat needed for catering.
