This week’s special dessert is a nostalgic favorite with a StuffedLust twist!

Our PB&J Blondie Bar starts with a rich, chewy peanut butter blondie layered with sweet grape jelly and topped with creamy peanut butter frosting. Finished with a grape jelly drizzle and crunchy peanuts, it’s everything you loved about a peanut butter and jelly sandwich—grown up and turned into dessert.

🚚 Hey all you food truckers! 🌮🍔🍟

Who’s currently licensed in the Village of Corrales? You must have:
✔️ A current fire inspection
✔️ A current Village of Corrales business license

I’m looking for fill-in trucks for some 12 PM–8 PM shifts. If you’re interested, drop a comment or send me a message!

And if you’re interested in getting your Corrales fire inspection and business license, please feel free to contact me. The Corrales business license is only $35 for the year, and I’m happy to walk you through the process and send over all the documents you’ll need.

Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of goods and ingredients, we’ve made the difficult decision to remove Jefe’s Nachos from our menu. 🌶️🧀🍻

As much as we love serving up our giant, loaded nachos, we simply can’t justify the price we would have to charge to keep them at the quality and portion size you know and love. Every tray was packed with fresh ingredients, house-made goodness, and enough food to feed a crowd — and the costs have just continued to climb.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment. Trust us… this one hurts our hearts too. 💔

We’re hopeful that someday we’ll be able to bring Jefe’s Nachos back to the menu, because they’ve always been one of our favorites right alongside yours.
