Our options are inspired by family recipes traced back to our home town in central Mexico and other beautiful states. Relocated in 2024 from Ocean City, MD >> Ocean Pines/Berlin, MD. Our menu is curated to provide our community and visitors with a piece of Mexico. We prepare everything from our own recipes, all from scratch. Our roots are deeply embedded in the soil of Guanajuato, Mexico. Little details in our food & beverages hold a lifelong meaning or a memory. We wish to make our guests feel as if they were in our own Casita.

Though we have been serving a rotation of coffee beans for a long while, we have never made a proper introduction to our coffee program so here is a glimpse at how we see our menu. While some (A LOT) of our customers come in for the beloved Horchata Latte and Mexican Mocha, others may come in asking for our latest pour over, espresso, or macchiato with a specific coffee roast selection. We are here to make it delicious, approachable, and enjoyable because the coffee in your beverage (and ours) was chosen with a lot of passion.

We love café. It should spark curiosity, conversation, and joy. Or maybe it’s just a really delicious way to stay awake.

And don’t forget, Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!

Casita Linda has evolved over the years. It was only natural we created a new look expressing our continued love for café and co**has. This art with the ranitas (froggies) was created with so much love by our dear amiga and local artist . She effortlessly created this illustration knowing the meaning of Guanajuato, the state our familia is from and still resides in. The word Guanajuato comes from the indigenous language, Purépecha meaning “hill of frogs”. These frogs are doing what we do everyday… tasting coffee and baking bread.

To highlight our monthly espresso we present you with our Mexican Honey Apple Shaken Espresso. Our espresso a blend from Mexico & Nicaragua, both washed. It is high in citrus like blood orange and Dutch cocoa.

Mexican Honey Apple Shaken Espresso can also be made with our maguey nectar made from wild Salmiana Maguey. It’s produced by a family that makes pulque and in recent years, this deep complex syrup.

World Cup has inspired our roasters to blend beans from three qualifying countries. When we get beans from Mexico, there’s an unmistakable sweetness to the coffee. The aroma of the double shot took us to a palenque (where mezcal is made). We got notes of roasted agave blended with Panama and Colombia’s beans brightening the cup, giving it dark fruit notes with some spice.

Mole pan dulce and a cortado. Mole pan is a special Casita pan dulce. A beautiful interpretation of a traditional mole con cacao. It’s an enriched dough layered with agave, chile pasilla, guajillo, ancho, toasted sesame seeds, garlic, unrefined cane sugar, butter, a little more ingredients and mostly cocoa.

Our espresso beans this month are a blend from Guatemala and Colombia, fermented with cashmere hops and a washed process making a surprisingly clean cup of café.

This month we have beans from Honduras, from Peru and Guatemala. All washed processes with dynamic profiles , including a bean fermented with cacao mucilage!
