Our hearts are full. We’ve watched this little business go from “just getting by” to a thriving community staple. A once empty dining area now sees the love of families and friends and time spent together. We are a family that needed the community as much as they needed us! Our employees continue to amaze us every day! We love going to work and being able to joke and laugh with them. We couldn’t do it without all their hard work.

We’ve had many conversations with people that have spent their entire lives in Berlin to those just passing through. Every conversation has sparked a connection. As my husband would tell you, I’m a “front of house” person and love those conversations. We have been saying we love the community since the day we took over. When a person asks to meet the new owners and thanks you for being in their town, it truly means something!

So on this Monday morning when it might be hard to start your work week, know that you are appreciated and we are thankful for you all!

While I don’t typically use go fund me as a support, I wanted to share this link for them. We have grown to love our employees. This week two of them lost their very young mother unexpectedly…..no illness anyone was aware of. Their mom was the only family they had and are now trying to figure out how to give their mom a proper service. If any of you are able to help them, I’m sure they would be forever grateful! If you are able to gift them something and would prefer to do it through Chris and I privately, please let us know. If the most you have to offer are prayers, they are a powerful tool. ❤️

They made it! 🏔️🙌

Huge congratulations to Josh and Raley on reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa. Carrying the Fox’s Pizza Den flag all the way to the top is an incredible accomplishment and a powerful symbol of perseverance, teamwork, and commitment — the same qualities they bring to growing the Fox’s brand every day.

This climb was about more than the summit. Josh and Raley took on this challenge in support of Young Life’s Developing Global Leaders (DGL) program, helping provide students access to higher education and leadership development. Each of their Fox’s Pizza Den locations sponsors a DGL student, making this journey especially meaningful for our brand family.

We’re grateful for franchisees like Josh and Raley who represent Fox’s Pizza Den so well — through growth, leadership, and the way they invest in people and communities.
