Danny is one of our longest-standing team members, and his dedication, consistency, and care have helped shape who we are. Day in and day out, he brings a deep respect for the craft and a commitment to excellence that we value tremendously.
His wonderful daughter, Anya, is in town visiting, and it’s been such a joy to see them spending time together. Moments like these remind us that restaurants are built not only by hard work, but by the people and families who make them special.💕✨💕

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing fathers! Here is Sylvie and her dad Carlos dancing in the kitchen at FAVA. Carlos has been instrumental in helping us fix and maintain the our systems and infrastructure at FAVA. Without “a tinkerer/fixer” at a restaurant, life is much less enjoyable 🙈😬😂. Gracias Carlos!
