Hump day just got better, new item Mushroom Truffle Pizza features garlic-parmesan base, double fresh mushroom, shredded mozz, double fresh mozzarella then a drizzle of truffle oil and balsamic to finish. Absolutely amazing! We are open until 8 pm and don't forget about the gelato (today's personal favorite: 1/2 Cookie butter & 1/2 Banana Dulce)

Did you notice we are rebranding just a little? Still "Crust" just adding (of Independence) instead of "Pizza Bistro". Star of the month - Firecracker Chicken Pizza or Sub!
Same great food and now adding a Patriotic signature drink line and new dessert offering.
Stay tuned as we roll this out and stop by to see our rebrand changes.
Our first new item coming soon is the "Liberty Affogato" - choose your gelato and have a Black Rifle Coffee or Hershey's Dark Cocoa shot on the side. Pour it over yourself or sip along with that creamy gelato treat!
